Licensed Health Insurance Producer

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and licensed Health Insurance Producer to join our growing client in Rancho Cordova. In this role, you'll sell group health plans, build lasting client relationships, and support our account management team ensure client retention.

Responsibilities:
* Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
* Advise clients on health insurance options and guide them through enrollment.
* Maintain accurate records.
* Provide ongoing support for renewals.

Qualifications:
* Active Health Insurance Producer License (state-specific).
* 2+ years of health insurance sales experience.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong skills with computers and computer programs.
* Familiarity with ACA guidelines and CRM tools.
* Bilingual a plus but not required.
